At My Memorial Tribute, each bouquet is carefully prepared and packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and ready to honor someone special.
Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3-4 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If we anticipate a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and available shipping service. You will be able to review the shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Delivery Times
Estimated transit times shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been prepared and shipped.
For example, a carrier estimate of 2–4 business days does not include our order-processing time.
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@mymemorialtribute.com. We will make every effort to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mymemorialtribute.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors before contacting the shipping carrier.
